Can you stamp symbols & emojis?

Unfortunately we are unable to stamp symbols and emojis due to the type of stamping method we use.

How many characters can I have personalised on an item?

Maximum character counts vary depending on the item, please see specific item descriptions for more information. We have three sets of Upper and Lowercase English Alphabet stamps and so also cannot stamp the same letter more than three times (unless one is uppercase and the other three lowercase) We have three sets of number stamps so cannot stamp the same number more than three times.

How long until I receive my order?

The processing time for orders is 1-5 working days and delivery times and options vary depending on the item, all items are sent via Royal Mail. Tracked delivery is available at an extra cost, please see delivery options for more information. Please feel free to contact me about dispatch times and I will try my best to accommodate your enquiry.

Do you offer refunds/ exchanges?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our items being personalised, we are unable to offer refunds/ exchanges on any of our personalised products. If you are unhappy with your order, please feel free to contact us.

For Jewellery items, returns/ exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order, please contact info@littlelettersldn.com with information of your order if you wish to return/ exchange your order. Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
