Dispatch times for all orders are 1-5 working days to allow me enough time to process and stamp your order. I aim to get orders out as soon as possible but during busy periods this may be nearer the end of the dispatch timescale.

Please note, by default, all UK items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, and Worldwide orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked which will then be passed onto your countries national post service once it arrives in the country.

Tracked 48 takes approximately 2 working days from dispatch (UK Orders)
International Standard takes approximately 5-12 working days from dispatch (International/ non-UK destinations)

Delivery upgrades can be selected at checkout for an additional fee.

Our delivery prices vary depending on the size of your order. Smaller orders that can be sent as a large letter will cost less than larger orders with more items or larger sized items that have to be sent as a small parcel. This way shipping prices are more fair for customers. Prices will be automatically updated at checkout. Tracked 48 shipping is free for all UK orders over £45 and discount is automatically applied at checkout.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our items being personalised, we are unable to offer refunds/ exchanges on any of our personalised products. If you are unhappy with your order, please feel free to contact us.

For Jewellery items and accessories, returns/ exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order, please contact info@littlelettersldn.com with information of your order if you wish to return/ exchange your order. Maximum character counts vary depending on the item, please see specific item descriptions for more information. We have three sets of Upper and Lowercase English Alphabet stamps and so also cannot stamp the same letter more than three times (unless one is uppercase and the other three lowercase) We have two sets of number stamps so cannot stamp the same number more than twice.

Unfortunately we are unable to stamp symbols and emojis due to the type of stamping method we use. For larger orders we may be able to source custom stamps at an additional fee, please get in touch to discuss further.

For items on pre-order, the add to cart button will show as 'pre order' instead. The item description for items on pre-order will outline the delivery timeframe. Where it states shipping week commencing, your order will be shipped that week, not necessarily that particular date as I need some time to stamp and process all pre-orders. You will receive an email with tracking once your item has shipped. If, for any reason, there is a delay, you will be sent an email with updates on delivery. Other items ordered at the same time as an item on pre-order will all be sent together once the pre-ordered item is ready for dispatch.

For any queries, please email info@littlelettersldn.com and we will aim to get back to you as soon as possible.
