FAQs

How long until I receive my order?

The processing time for orders is 1-5 working days and delivery times and options vary depending on the item, all items are sent tracked via Royal Mail. Please feel free to contact me about dispatch times and I will try my best to accommodate your enquiry.

Do you offer refunds/ exchanges?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our items being personalised, we are unable to offer refunds/ exchanges on any of our personalised products. If you are unhappy with your order, please feel free to contact us.

For Jewellery items and accessories, returns/ exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order, please contact info@littlelettersldn.com with information of your order if you wish to return/ exchange your order. Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.

How many characters can I have personalised on an item?

Maximum character counts vary depending on the item, please see specific item descriptions for more information. We have three sets of Upper and Lowercase English Alphabet stamps and so also cannot stamp the same letter more than three times (unless one is uppercase and the other three lowercase) We have two sets of number stamps so cannot stamp the same number more than twice.

Can you stamp symbols & emojis?

Unfortunately we are unable to stamp symbols and emojis due to the type of stamping method we use. For larger orders we may be able to source custom stamps at an additional fee, please get in touch to discuss further.

I purchased the brown personalised bag and I LOVE it. It’s such good quality, so versatile with the changing straps and for its size it’s surprisingly roomy! The stamping of your initials is such a lovely extra! I also wanted it quite desperately so they were generous enough to dispatch it almost immediately when I messaged them. Will be purchasing more.
